  1. I called the service department twice and talked with two different people. I asked about changing the oil in my vehicle and asked them to verify the information about the manufacturers recommendations for oil change intervals for my specific vehicle. Both times the people that I talked to did not want to look up details with the VIN number from my vehicle to provide accurate information regarding my specific vehicle. I cannot trust they they will properly service my vehicle at this time.

  2. Lost my left front wheel bearings on My FJ while on a 5k mile trip (dashboard light up like a Christmas tree.) Called them and it was being fixed within 2 hours. Everyone there was super nice including the courtesy van driver. They have coffee and popcorn in the waiting room also. It cost me over 900.00 but it had to be fixed and my cars only ever been worked on by Toyota. Dropped it off at 10am and it was finished by 3pm.

  3. Brought car in on a 1st hot day needed to run the ac unit. Got call from my wife stating car over heating, caught up with her, and everything chked out good but ac when turns on was giving a bit of aggression. So took it to Toyota btw where we bought the car. Didcsonectesting and come to find out integration modulecwas missing im like what’s for. It’s to run the fan. Well only place that did some body work was billion auto mototive body shop on w 12th and lyon.

    They were pushing back on it saying we put it in there and im sayingvyu guys the only that work on my car. They said no there was work done to the left side bummer, we inserted can screw to hold the cover on the bumper thevdevicevthat missing von thecright side.

    Went back to Toyota, and I ask how much is the part almost 400.00. Nope not gonna pay it. Billion oversteer did it. Then spoke with servicevmanager he agree with us, they had to remove the module for repair purpose. Thing can break but they don’t disappear. So. He reach to billion autonomy n they agreed to pay for thevpart onlybimblikecno way. Because they left it out caused us to get diagnosed, they changed the master flushed it as well only to find the problem was not fix, then text notice fan for ac did not click on which lead. Himvto the intergration module.

    So had new wheel break put on. The service. Guy compensated for the diagnose plus thermostats n fluidcas credit of 195.00 to be on anything.

    So bottom line oncecagain Toyota on West 12th next to Wendy made a happy customers..

    And oh.. due to w 12th st poor Collison repair Toyota fix one of thectrim onto of the roof. We have to take it back to 12th billion body repair to fix a poor workmanship.

    Again hats off to Toyota. Dunce hat to 12th st billion body repair.

  4. I have had great service at Toyota for years but today was the cherry on top. I bought a Mazda 6 months ago & have had terrible service at Mazda. Called Tyler at Toyota just to ask some questions on some stuff & he was amazing. He didn’t have to take the time for me but he did. I am feeling so much better now that my questions were answered & it is totally due to him. Thank you Tyler!

  5. We moved to Sioux Falls in 2016. Since we have a Toyota Prius, I sought out the Toyota dealership for maintenance and upkeep.

    I have found the service at this specific location to be top notch! Each experience tends to be either the same or better than I expected. The staff are always professional and knowledgeable. If I have questions, I am matched with the right person to answer my questions. Having had a variety of maintenance items completed, I have come to learn to trust them.

    We recently bought a Ford. I felt odd asking – but since I trust the Staff, I asked if they would be able to service my Ford at the Toyota dealership as well; which they, of course, said yes.

    Most recently – while scheduled for an oil change, they gave me a new experience – a video tour of their maintenance check. Always giving above and beyond. Thanks!
