  1. Words cannot express the depth of disappointment I experienced during my stay at this hotel. The level of mismanagement and the unprofessional attitude displayed by the staff left me with an overwhelming sense of regret for selecting this accommodation.

The lack of responsiveness from the hotel staff was nothing short of infuriating. Even the most basic requests for service were met with indifference, making it a constant struggle to receive any assistance. The customer service lacked the warmth and courtesy that one should rightfully expect from a reputable hotel.

Given the numerous issues with their services and management, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a truly regrettable experience, and I sincerely hope they take urgent measures to address these shortcomings for the sake of future guests. They don’t even deserve one star.

  2. The hotel is still brand new, i think you won’t find any better gym in any other hotel for this price and i would like to thank Eriel from the hk team for being super helpful.

  3. Absolutely the most ridiculous place to live in Doha. I signed a contract for apartment (2bhk, only 2 persons living in) for 12 months and it has been a disaster. First of all, only two guests are allowed at the time (which I found out after inviting 4 of my friends for Christmas dinner…). Secondly, my visitors are not allowed to use swimming pool (usually good places don’t mind it). Swimming pool and gym are opened from 8 am to 8pm, which is inconvenient for people working long hours. Internet is extreme bad and there is devices limit (!)- another silly thing in “5 stars hotel”. Cleaning service is poor. Scanning ID of my visitors every time they come over seems ridiculous as well. I am deeply disappointed, after paying 11 500 qar per month I have some horrible restrictions imposed on me. This hotel is an absolutely bad idea for long stay- no freedom, controlling how many guests you can invite and for how long… last time I felt this way when living in university dormitory. I don’t think they should even offer those units for one year contracts… maybe it’s a good option for short stay or for completely anti-social person. The only advantage is a nice design, the fact that building is new, and very decent restaurant. Other than that, for me this place is a BIG NO. I am glad that my contract is nearly over.
