  1. BEWARE! Paid for services the previous day and when i arrived the next day and they said i owed almost 300 more. They charged almost 70 dollars for a visual inspection that they never told me about. They also put all my lug nuts on backwards,(see attached photo) lucky i took it to Budget auto where they told me a tire could have fell off. Who puts on lug nuts backwards. Don’t get lured in by the cheap oil change. Bad Price gouging. Thank you for taking time to read this review.

  2. They got my Dodge Avenger back on the road in a good amount of time. Quality work. By far the best customer service I’ve had at an auto shop. Plan on taking my car there from now on.

  3. We we’re in Sioux falls for appointments. We live 60 miles away. We had no ideal where to go when our vehicle broke down. Chris’s was close to where we we’re. They kept us informed of what they were doing and what the cost would be. They even inspected our vehicle and told us what else was going wrong and would need to be fixed before too long. They were respectful, curtious, to strangers from out of town.

Took my car in on Monday of last week for diagnostics on electric power steering issues. After a short time they called me back saying they “think” they’ve fixed the issues (without ever even knowing what the issues was). I politely told them I did not believe they fixed the issue with how quick the turn around was. Nonetheless they said they did and charged me $150 to tighten the positive terminal on my battery. By the time I drove 5 blocks home the issue was back.

My wife dropped the car back off on Thursday. After some time they called me back with something they think could be the issue. (Something I was aware of already)

They found a broken electrical connector in the power steering system that they think could be causing the issue. They said the part was $400 and another $125 in labor. I wasn’t able to pay at the time so I told them I will come back to get the work done. Once I got home I turned the car off and now it won’t start again because they COMPLETELY broke the connector causing a break in the circuit. So now my car is immobile, I found the part they said was $400 for $30 and am I currently attempting the repair on my own because now I would need to have my car towed to a shop on top of the the fee to have it fixed.

I’ve attached a picture of the “$400” part
Long story short stay away from these guys.

    Something is off.

  5. We took our vehicle in for an oil change, overall “check up” and general winterizing. They were very accommodating and proficient with their work. They openly and honestly communicated what issues they found that may come up. We were actually shown on the floor what had been found. Would recommend them for your auto servicing needs.
