  1. The restroom neither had a tissue dispenser installed nor was any tissue provided for customer use. Alcohol/sanitizer was also unavailable. When these feedback points were relayed to staff, they just walked away without apologizing for the inconveniences caused. Manager was unavailable. Service is slow, but cashier was apologetic.

  2. If you are already tired doing your shopping at this SM Mall, you have this Starbucks Cafe in the middle of the mall at the big hallway. Open area is safer nowadays, not much people during lunch time.

  3. poor staff service, their serving attitude is just plain rude. I waited there to have some drink and then we would find out that it took so long to get my drinks. Best to just go to another starbucks nearby
